TAS Transfer Passenger Terms of Service

These terms explain how TAS Transfer provides booking, transfer coordination, notifications, account usage and passenger support services.

Approval pending

1. Scope of Service

TAS Transfer provides airport and destination transfer booking, scheduling, passenger communication, live trip updates and support services through its website, mobile pages and connected operational systems.

By using the passenger pages, placing a booking, or approving this agreement, you confirm that you will use the service only for lawful travel and account activities.

2. Passenger Account and Booking Information

You are responsible for providing accurate passenger names, pickup details, destination details, flight information, contact information and timing information.

  • Incorrect or incomplete booking details may cause delays, missed pickups or failed service delivery.
  • You must keep your email address and phone number up to date so TAS Transfer can contact you about booking changes or operational notices.
  • If your booking includes additional passengers, you confirm that you are allowed to submit their required travel details.

3. Pricing, Confirmations and Changes

Displayed prices are based on the active route, vehicle type, timing, zone and commercial rules available at the moment of confirmation. A booking becomes final only after the selected service is successfully confirmed in the system.

  • TAS Transfer may reject, update or cancel incomplete bookings, unavailable vehicle selections or invalid promotional combinations.
  • If operational data changes before completion, the shown price, vehicle or schedule may be refreshed before final confirmation.
  • Refunds, cancellation handling and support outcomes are processed according to the active booking record and payment status.

4. Notifications and Communication

TAS Transfer may send booking alerts, driver updates, arrival notices, cancellation notices, support messages and service reminders through website pages, email, SMS, phone calls or push notifications.

  • You agree that essential operational communication may be sent in order to deliver the transfer service safely and correctly.
  • Notification delivery can depend on your device settings, browser permissions, internet access and the accuracy of your saved contact details.
  • Chat, tracking and passenger support pages may be limited to the relevant reservation and active access conditions.

5. Passenger Responsibilities During Service

  • Please be ready at the confirmed pickup time and location.
  • You must follow lawful travel rules, vehicle safety instructions and any reasonable guidance from TAS Transfer operations or the assigned driver.
  • Passengers may not use the service for unlawful, dangerous, abusive or fraudulent behavior.
  • TAS Transfer may restrict service access if a passenger repeatedly provides false information, abuses staff or misuses the platform.

6. Privacy and Operational Data

TAS Transfer processes account, booking, location, trip, communication and support data only to the extent required for reservation management, transfer operations, safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance and service quality improvement.

  • Location or trip status data may be used to support driver assignment, live tracking, pickup timing and issue resolution.
  • Booking and communication records may be retained when required for accounting, legal, operational or customer support purposes.
  • TAS Transfer applies reasonable technical and operational controls, but no online service can guarantee uninterrupted availability in every circumstance.

7. Cancellations, Delays and Force Majeure

Trip timing and service continuity may be affected by flight delays, weather conditions, traffic, legal restrictions, force majeure events, road closures or third-party operational issues.

  • TAS Transfer will make reasonable efforts to update the booking and notify passengers when relevant operational changes occur.
  • Cancellation or amendment outcomes may depend on how close the request is to pickup time and whether the service has already entered active operational status.
  • Where required, refund and rescheduling decisions follow the underlying booking, payment and operational records.

8. Acceptance

By approving these terms, you confirm that you have read and accepted the TAS Transfer passenger terms, and that you understand this agreement applies to your use of the passenger account, booking flow, notifications and transfer service pages.
