Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026 · TAS Traveller

These Terms of Service govern your use of TAS Traveller's website, booking channels, and transfer services. By making a reservation or using our platform, you agree to the terms described below.

1. Booking & Reservation Accuracy

You are responsible for providing accurate booking information, including passenger details, pickup and drop-off locations, flight details, travel dates, and contact information. TAS Traveller cannot be held responsible for service issues caused by incorrect or incomplete reservation data submitted by the customer.

2. Payment Terms

All bookings must be paid according to the payment method and schedule shown during checkout or agreed through a corporate arrangement. If payment is not successfully completed, TAS Traveller reserves the right to cancel, pause, or refuse the reservation until the balance is settled in full.

3. Cancellations & No-Show

Cancellation and refund conditions may vary depending on the transfer type, service provider, and booking channel. If a passenger does not appear at the agreed pickup point within the allowed waiting period, the booking may be treated as a no-show and may become non-refundable in whole or in part.

4. Service Changes & Delays

TAS Traveller will make every reasonable effort to operate the booked transfer as confirmed. However, traffic conditions, weather, operational issues, flight changes, force majeure, or third-party provider constraints may require schedule or vehicle adjustments. In such cases, we may offer an equivalent alternative where possible.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must comply with local laws, safety rules, baggage limitations, and driver instructions during the trip. Any damage caused to the vehicle or any misconduct that affects the driver, vehicle, or other passengers may result in additional charges or termination of the service.

6. Liability Limitation

TAS Traveller acts as a platform and service organizer for transfer operations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the booked service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including missed flights, missed meetings, or losses caused by customer-provided incorrect information.

7. Complaints & Claims

If you experience any issue with your transfer, you should notify us as soon as possible through our support channels so that we can investigate and assist. Formal claims should be submitted with the relevant reservation details and any supporting documents within a reasonable period after the trip date.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to TAS Traveller's operating jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
